The architectural approach focused on creating a contemporary residential building that balances urban density with livability. Organized around structured parking and amenity spaces, the development integrates a range of residential unit types, shared social spaces, fitness facilities, coworking environments, and rooftop gathering areas that extend the experience of the neighborhood into the building itself.

As part of the project team, I contributed to the development and coordination of construction documentation, consultant integration, and project delivery across multiple phases. The work required careful coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and code requirements while maintaining consistency across a large-scale multifamily project. Particular attention was given to unit planning, detailing, and the integration of building systems to support both constructability and long-term performance.
